We meet with every caregiver and ensure they are a good fit for the company. We do a thorough national background check including counties, social media check, references check, and education verification before they are added to our registry.
If a family wants to work with them we do all these things, except the background check, before an offer is even made. We do random background checks throughout the year as well.
You can also pay the caregiver directly. You’ll be able to negotiate their rate.
